This
12" includes two new tracks from Detroit-based John Arnold
including one mid-tempo and one dub-flavored uptempo Afro beat
track. Both tracks are exclusive to this 12" and are not
on his acclaimed debut album "Neighborhood
Science".
Also included are remixes of "Inside", a tasty vocal
track from "Neighborhood Science" featuring Chicago-based
vocalist Malik Alston. Mixes are top notch from Manchester, England
based ace producer/DJ Mr Scruff (Ninja Tune) and uber hot German
freaky house producer Henrik Schwarz (Sunday Music). Mr Scruff
is in top fusion form while Mr Schwarz turns in a 9 minute epic
version a la Pepe Braddock or Carl Craig. This will appeal to
a wide variety of electronic music fans, but it's a particularly
solid DJ friendly slab o'wax.
Watch out for John Arnold on tour with Jeremy Ellis this Spring
including dates with New Sector Movements at Londons Jazz Cafe.
