The original "Mr Bongo" is back on the scene and sounding
vibrant after a recent trip to Cuba. Costanzo introduced and popularized
the bongo as an instrument in American music. Recording since
the '50s his career has involved appearances with Elvis Presley,
Nat King Cole, Stan Kenton, and Sammy Davis Jnr. This is his most
hard hitting album to date and features Cubop stalwart Bobby Matos
plus the excellent vocals of Marilu.
